1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mazanbel's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Mazanbel provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Our services include:

• Custom website development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Website maintenance and support
• Digital consulting services

3. Project Terms and Payment

All projects are subject to the following terms:

• Project scope and timeline will be defined in a separate agreement
• Payment terms will be specified in the project contract
• Changes to project scope may result in additional charges
• Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services:

• Client owns the final deliverables and custom code developed specifically for their project
• Mazanbel retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and reusable components
• Third-party components and libraries remain under their respective licenses
• Mazanbel may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials

6. Limitation of Liability

Mazanbel's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client pays for work completed to date. Mazanbel will provide deliverables for paid work upon request.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
